Pasquale Magnifici

Mr. Magnifici Paquale, born in PUTIGNANO (BA) – Italy, graduated in TROMBONE at the “N. PICCINNI ”of Bari in July 2013, under the guidance of Maestro Antonio DEMARCO. At the practical-instrumental study, he follows the three-year Composition and Counterpoint, with Maestro Mario CIERVO, professor at the “S. Pietro a Majella ”of Naples. His passion for music led him to take part in competitions with various band and chamber ensembles, as well as to follow several masters for brass instruments (Andrea TOFANELLI – Andrea GIUFFREDI – David CHILD – Steven MEAD). Regularly registered with SIAE since 2009. His activity as a composer has resulted in numerous marches and original pieces for band, as well as transcriptions of classical and modern music for chamber and brass solo formations.

In 2009 he released his first CD of band marches sponsored by the Municipality of Castellana Grotte, performed and recorded live by many highly regarded professional musicians in the Puglia region.

In 2014 he took part in the 1st trombone to the new wind orchestra of the Italian Red Cross, established in Bari at the XII CENTRAL MOBILITY OF THE C.R.I., directed by Maestro Antonio TINELLI.

In 2015 he commissioned a military march for the MUSIKKAPELLE WIESEN – by Prati di Vizze (BZ), inspired by the resorts of the same valley, reaching an appreciation story to be published on the so-called “PFEIFER HUISILE” to be released on 21/03/2015.

In March 2015 he participates in the XIII International Competition for funeral compositions – CITTA ‘DI MOTTOLA (TA), ranking 2nd with the work “GETSEMANI”.

From 2012 he publishes with several musical editions some of which: “GDE – ROMA”, “ACCADEMIA2008 – PECINA (AQ)”, “ALLEMANDA – LATERINA (AR)”.

Mr. Magnifici joined Saker Music Company in 2019.

Currently enrolled in the Course Level I Course and Instrumentation for Band at the State Music Conservatory “Nino ROTA” of Monopoli (BA).
